Lamb Neck Fillet is the most tender of the cuts of lamb available. It has a small layer of fat that, once melted, will give you a sweet succulent tasting meal.
Lamb fillet is best cooked slowly on a slightly lower temperature. It can be done in a slow cooker, braised as a stew, or cubed for a kebab.
