Our boneless leg of pork is a lean meat, and the lack of the bone makes carving up so much easier.
We'd recommend this cut for a traditional roast dinner, alongside some nice roast potatoes and veg (don't forget the gravy either). When cooking, make sure to dry the skin, then rub in some salt and pepper to get a fantastic bit of crackling.
