Mushroom & Chicken Pastry

Our Mushroom & Chicken Pastries are made using a lean chicken fillet stuffed with mushroom sauce and sausage meat, then wrapped in a fine puff pastry.

We then give it a light coating of a sea salt and lampong pepper marinade.
